  • You’re welcome to start at any time. If you begin within the first 7 days of the month, you’ll receive your full monthly hours and that will count as your first billing cycle. If you start later in the month, your first period will be prorated and considered an onboarding phase. Your full monthly support—and your 3-month commitment—will begin on the first full month of service.

  • Yes—local, in-person support is available for content creation and on-site needs. These sessions are scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. Travel within a set radius is included, with additional travel fees applied for locations outside that area. A minimum booking may be required to ensure dedicated time and preparation.

  • Yes, all support is tailored to your business needs. After learning more about your goals, I’ll recommend the best level of support or create a custom package if needed.

  • All time is tracked and allocated toward your monthly package. You’ll receive updates on usage to ensure transparency and alignment.

  • Unused hours do not roll over to the following month. This allows me to maintain availability and consistent support for all clients.

  • Additional hours can be requested and will be billed at an hourly rate, subject to availability.
