With a background in healthcare marketing and small business operations, I bring both structure and creativity to the work I do. I care about helping business owners feel less overwhelmed and more supported in their day-to-day. My goal is simple: to give you the space to focus on what you do best.

After working in healthcare marketing + small business environments, I saw how much falls on business owners behind the scenes. I started Rooted Grace to offer meaningful support while also creating a more intentional, flexible life - especially in this season of becoming a mom.

Outside of work, I value slow mornings at home with an iced coffee + time in the word, spending time being active outdoors, + the simple moments with my family that keep life grounded— I bring that same steady, thoughtful energy into the way I support my clients.
